JO Volleyball is a competitive travel program open to 4^th -12^th graders who either live or attend school in Eden Prairie.   

REGISTRATION

Registration includes completed forms, volunteer form, immunization records and a refundable $150 deposit.  Forms may be down-loaded from www.epvolleyball.com or picked up at registration dates.  Players must pre-order uniform with parent approval at a registration date or, if necessary, the day of tryout.  4^th graders need only register, no tryout necessary. 

Where & When:  October 22, 29 from 7 to 9 PM
                       October 31 from 10AM to 12 noon.

Time:     5^th & 6^th, 9^th & 10th from 6-7:30 p.m.
